Great news for our country!
Details of the last goverment budget in March 2010 has been fantastic news for small businesses in the UK.As from October 2010 all Commercial property with a rateable value below £6000.00 will not have to pay any business rates for one year.Commercial property with a rateable value below £12,000.00 will also benefit from large reductions in their business rates.
This news will be welcome news to all small commercial property occupiers.
